The Birth of a Product

    We have our own design team and are an integrated enterprise covering sales, design and production. The creation of every product relies on the division of labor and coordination among various departments, and is refined through countless rounds of communication and inspection.

    Take this large inflatable obstacle course castle for our Hungarian client as an example. After our sales team communicates with the client and confirms all requirements, they coordinate with the design department. The design team develops the appearance design and produces renderings for client approval. At this stage, every detail including the product dimensions, colors, theme and graphics must fully match the client’s requirements.

    After the renderings are confirmed, the design department proceeds with pattern cutting for this large inflatable castle. The design director and production manager then review and approve the plan before the production line starts manufacturing.

    Besides quality inspections during production, once the large inflatable castle is finished and off the production line, the QC team will move it to the open area of the factory for inflation testing. They will take videos and photos of the product and send them to the sales team for client reporting. Alternatively, the salesperson can conduct a live video call with the client on-site for inspection.

    After the sales staff confirm the product with the client, packing and shipment will follow. All products are wrapped with waterproof material, and secured on pallets or packed in wooden cases. A secondary packaging check will be carried out to ensure everything stays safe during transit.

    Therefore, a mature factory must take responsibility not only for the products themselves but also for the entire supply chain. Covering sales, design, production, packaging, shipping and after-sales service, comprehensive factory strength determines market share, and we fully understand this.
